Madrid's main square of Plaza Mayor, much like Times Square in New York City, has its share of interesting characters. And I mean literal characters, like comic book characters. I assumed this street...should I say "performer?"...knew what his character was supposed to look like based on actual comic books or movies, but perhaps his interpretation of Spiderman was his draw for tourists wanting to take photos of him (and give him tips). But if the citizens of Madrid needed his help in the fight against the forces of evil, they might want to reconsider and turn on the Bat Signal instead.
