No matter what religion you connect with, or even if you don't connect with any at all, you can't deny that a visit to Jerusalem still affects you in some way or another. Regardless of your beliefs, Biblical stories are still historical (whether you think they happened or not, the actual stories have historical significance).
There is so much more to Jerusalem than the Western Wall. There's the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount, "Burnt House" for a look at archeological excavations, The Tower of David (where some believe the Last Supper occurred), the Western Wall Tunnels, and literally dozens more special sites to visit.
During a tour of the Western Wall Tunnels, you will see how large the stones of the Temple retaining wall (of which the Western Wall was part) actually are, since you'll see the bottom two-thirds of the walls that are only visible below the current street level. You'll see how water was collected in the ancient city. Original columns are left to show how ropes allowed the column sections to be lifted into place before the knobs holding the ropes were then filed down to leave a perfectly smooth and round column. It is truly an amazing experience to wander underground and see those tunnels, and it's an escape back in history.
Don't forget to visit all four quarters of the Old City, walk the Via Dolorosa (the path supposedly that Jesus walked on the way to his crucifixion), and eat all of the wonderful street food that's found at every turn.
And don't worry about how much or little you believe and which religion you are a part of...a trip to Jerusalem and the rest of the Holy Land is a trip back in time and into the very history of religion itself.
